Called to make an appointment and was told by office a couple months ago the doctor had had surgery and I would receive call back when he returned. I called again today and was told he was still out and there was no tentative return date. Can anyone on here suggest another ophthalmologist that is local?
Dr. Viola is the consummate professional. I can't speak highly enough of him - knowledgeable, experienced and a straight shooter. I just called his office to ask a non-urgent question and he got back to me within a few mins! He's the best!!
I didn't know Dr.'s like this still existed. Dr. Viola took his time, explained everything to me in English, not fancy medical terms I didn't understand and treated me with respect. I wasn't just another patient to him. His staff was so kind and helpful. The optical shop has a nice, current variety of glasses and I got them quick. I liked them so much, I went back and ordered sunglasses too. No long wait in the waiting room either. Definitely recommending him to my friends.
