Love this office and the care I've gotten. PT was awesome and they took great care of me .
Doctors are great but if you need disability paperwork I hope you have money set aside. I dropped the paperwork off on a Monday and told the girl I would pick it up on Friday at my husband's appointment . Well when we went we were told it wasn't ready and won't be ready till next Tuesday at the earliest. They take a minimum of 7 days to complete and charge $15 on top of that.
