Dr. Ruckman and his staff (Carla and Allison I am looking at you!) have provided me the best service and care of any dentist I have ever had. I will be a patient for life if possible. I love the fact that almost every time I go in for an appointment I feel personally cared for. Many times I feel like I am the only patient they have! Finally, a dentist office who actually cares about their patients! I wasn't for sure if that even existed anymore until I found Dr. Ruckman and his wonderful staff!! I have received the absolute best dental care for myself and my daughters since we started going to Dental Innovations. Dr. Ruckman did a fantastic job on a very complicated reconstruction process that took almost a year to complete. I had surgery at another office and he took the time out of his schedule to meet me there, oversee the process, and comfort me afterwards. He took the time in the evenings, after major events, to make sure I was ok and comfortable. Towards the end of the reconstruction he would see me anytime even on weekends to make minor adjustments. Dr. Ruckman's office is generally a different experience from other offices I have been to in the past. Right when you walk in the atmosphere is relaxed and not rushed, but the front desk is always prompt and prepared. They don't leave you waiting long like most dental offices. As for the actual work itself, they have a unique way of cleaning teeth compared to other offices.
