From the first call I made to the office, to chatting with Dwayne who set up my service, and finally meeting with Brody, their plumbing service is exceptional. Even though like many plumbers they have a full schedule, that didn’t stop them from offering great follow-up, professional service, quick quotes, and even emergency assistance after hours. It’s a pleasure to recommend a business that shares the same core values as we do!
I attempted to fix the outdoor water faucet using a club and a piece of venison, but thankfully my wife stepped in and had me reach out to Thomas & Sons Plumbing & Water Heaters. They arrived and saved me from potentially damaging some important parts. The team skillfully cut out a section of the wall and patiently explained my mistakes. They then proceeded to properly and professionally remove and replace the faulty equipment. I really appreciate their help in making the process so much easier!
