Dr Ralph Owen is friendly, knowledgeable, and answers your questions. However, we are giving him a low rating due to a very important factor: he does not wash his hands or wear gloves. Over many visits before and after surgery, we never saw him wash his hands or use hand sanitizer on his own, not one single time. Additionally, he did not choose to wear gloves (except once) when touching patient's face, including dealing with the inside of the nose and the surgery site, including removing post-surgery packing.
