Dr. Houser is a caring Dentist who provides first class dental care. I have been a patient of Dr. Houser's for many years, because of his outstanding professionalism, and his care for me as an individual patient.
Very disappointed in my experience with him. Twice recommended referrals to other specialists for a possible root and dental repairs. This was based on him spending less than a minute of my total visit with me. . Both times there was nothing to be concerned about. But it cost me a lot of out of pocket money for nothing. I do not recommend Dr. Wilson or AZ Perio. Do your research before consulting. I wish I had, but was referred by my dentist so I didn't do my homework. Bad move, but wiser for it.
One week before my appointment for an implant post my credit card was billed $3200. I do not trust this office or the high sales pressure I received from their booking staff. I have cancelled my procedure and will search for an office with higher ethics.
Dr. Fitzgerald and his staff are absolutely wonderful and I would recommend them to anybody needing restorative dental work
Dr. Wilson is great. He explained everything in detail and clarified all my questions. He was available post operational even after office hours. I even met a dentist's wife who was sent there by her husband to see Dr.Wilson. He was professional and very personable even remember our previous conversation. Great Doctor knows his profession well.
Dr. Wilson performed an unnecessary procedure without our consent and inflicted pain and injured our child by badly cutting her thin, fragile gum open and inflaming the area to make it appear as if our child had a dental problem. We believe this is completely inhumane treatment, horrifying, extremely unprofessional behavior, especially to a child, a minor. Our child’s dental records were altered and filled with complete false information. We believe Dr. Wilson is incompetent and unprofessional.
