Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? They were average Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Did the orthodontist spend time with you during your visit? Yes

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this orthodontist have testimonials and/or before-and-after pictures from previous patients? Yes Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes

Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment
