I was scheduled to see the doctor this morning at 8:15 AM. I arrived at the office at 8:00 AM as requested and, by 9:15 AM, I still hadn't seen the doctor. When I informed an attendant that I was tried of waiting, and that I would like a refund of my co-pay, I was informed that the Doctor was delayed by a procedure.
