Absolutely not worth the time. My appointment was at 3:45 PM. I waited in the waiting area for 35 minutes and another 40 minutes in the examination room. I came out from the examination room and went to the front desk to inquire about how much more time it would take. The front desk lady said that there was one more patient ahead of me, so it would be another 20 to 25 minutes. To have to wait an hour and 30 minutes for one appointment is not worth it. Dr marwaha is really good and helpful and listening to all the problems and answering all the concerns. He is great doctor, but when my call get transferred to nurse line, I left several msgs and she never responds back, also front desk staff/ whoever answers call want to just transfer the call without even listening the whole thing, which makes it difficult for patients to communicate about any concerns. I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this office. The front desk staff have been consistently rude, and the phone process for appointments is extremely frustrating. I had an online appointment scheduled, which was postponed multiple times. Only today did I learn that they needed my deductible payment upfront — which I was completely fine with. However, when I asked if they could send me the bill after the appointment, the receptionist became upset and hung up on me. That was unacceptable. It feels like this office i... read more
