Your staff was helpful and professional. I am writing this for my 93 year old mother who is the patient. Dr. Shah explained things in plain terms for her to understand. She doesn't hear well, and he took that under consideration when explaining things about her blood pressure and medications. I could tell he was impressed with her mental capacity as a 93 year old. He wanted to just sit and talk with her and listen to her. That meant a great deal to her and me as an observer.
