Friendly staff, easy to make an appointment, and minimal wait times. Dr. Rakesh Shah listened to my concerns and he explained why he choose the tests he requested and what the results meant in ways I understood.
My visits are always short and informative. I never wait long to see Dr. Shah. The staff is very friendly also.
This practice is amazing! Everyone is very helpful and returns your calls. Dr. Shah is a great listener and is very thorough when it comes to patient care. He explains things in a way you can understand. Most tests can be done right in his office. Highly recommend!
My Primary care doctor said my condition could be life threatening, but UTMB has a 1+ year wait for a cardio referral. My Dr sent me to Dr. Shah. I got in right away and was immediately scheduled for multiple diagnostic tests. Every appointment has been on time with little or no waiting. Every staff member has been kind, compassionate and understanding. Every test has been performed with utmost professionalism. Most importantly, these folks have earned my trust with my health care needs. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
Short wait to see dr.
My visit was due to a heart valve issue. It was discovered when I developed a heart murmur. After testing it was determined that I had a defective Aortic Valve. I had a TAVR valve replacement.
Staff is friendly and value my time. No long waits to be seen
Speedy and concise. I did call back to ask the medical assistant a question and my call was never returned. This has happened twice
Always treated with respect by all staff. Dr. Shah takes time to ensure our understanding and throughly answers our questions.
