The doctor was jovial, but somewhat in a manner that did not fully address my concerns. I do not think I left with an accurate diagnosis and the treatment I did receive was not a good fit for me (I had a bad reaction to the medication). I am currently seeking a second opinion,
I have been with the good DR. for several years. When it comes to Dr.s you need a good relationship. I really have not with him and he still treats me well. He is a neurologist. If you see him, you have a problem, he understands. He never stunk of smokes or has been rude.. although has a sense of humor that is part of a certain taste of honesty. After seeing Pathak several times, I was certain he was unqualified to treat my condition. He was rude, uncaring, unprofessional, utterly uninformative on my condition, and stunk like cigarettes. All he did was throw drugs at me, never administered any tests that were requested, and had professionally unacceptable follow up times to monitor bad if not downright life threatening reactions to drugs. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.
