At my very 1st consult, he told me that he was a young guy who just didn't have much time to spend with patients. In subsequent visits, he did minimal examination, refused to do a general cleaning & then referred me out for some surgery which he said was complicated. When I went to the referral, his office kept harassing me to schedule the surgery at Puri's office. Post-op, w/o an examination, Puri was prepared to do a procedure from a treatment plan he'd drawn up 4 yrs ago.
I have been to see Dr. Puri at least six times, and EVERY visit was an enjoyable experience. Dr. Puri is extremely knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make sure you understand exactly what procedure needs to be done. If you're a nervous dental patient (who isn't?) then Dr. Puri is the man to see. Because he is so thorough in explaining what work you need, and how he will proceed with it, it goes a long way toward allaying your fears. As will his great personality.Dr.& office staff-100%!!!
