I was misdiagnosed and very disappointed because of the waste of time. He doesn't listen very well.
So far, my experience has been ok with Dr. Nanavaty, but the staff were not helpful. I asked the staff to please have Dr. Nanavaty contact me regarding my Atypical Migraine symptoms which were becoming unbearable. I get zaps in my head with dizziness to follow. I was unable to walk without looking for something to support me if a spell came on. I was an established patient at the practice. I originally went to this practice for migraines and having had a stroke. I am a pain patient as well. I didn't see them for a few months while getting treatment for my pain management needs. Which I had explained to them! The staff stated Okay! Call us! Run away from this office. The office staff is the worse imaginable. They do not care for the patients
From the moment we walked into Dr. Nanavaty’s office we felt comfortable. The waiting room was bright and clean. We were greeted by a friendly and professional receptionist. Just a couple of minutes after our appointment time we were escorted into an exam room by a very nice nurse who gathered even more information for our visit. My first visit went well. I like Dr. Nanavaty. He makes you feel at ease. He talks to you and not at you. I even have my husband as a new patient.
Dr. Nanavaty pushed in on my appointment, taking over for my usual neurologist for some reason. Immediately telling me to lose an unhealthy amount of weight and repeated the words lose weight or weight loss multiple times with his back to me without any knowledge of my other medical or mental health history, which does include eating disorders. Dr. Nanavaty is the best! He takes time to listen to your concerns and explains his treatment plan. He is compassionate and cares about his patients.
I had a stroke in Minnesota. I was back home searching for a neurologist. They accomodated me immediately. A great Doctor who spends time & listens to you.Very thorough & professional. Looking forward to my next appointment.Staff/nurses very friendly & helpful.Everybody just super professional.
