Run away from this office. The office staff is the worse imaginable. They do not care for the patients
From the moment we walked into Dr. Nanavaty’s office we felt comfortable. The waiting room was bright and clean. We were greeted by a friendly and professional receptionist. Just a couple of minutes after our appointment time we were escorted into an exam room by a very nice nurse who gathered even more information for our visit. My first visit went well. I like Dr. Nanavaty. He makes you feel at ease. He talks to you and not at you. I even have my husband as a new patient.
Dr. Nanavaty pushed in on my appointment, taking over for my usual neurologist for some reason. Immediately telling me to lose an unhealthy amount of weight and repeated the words lose weight or weight loss multiple times with his back to me without any knowledge of my other medical or mental health history, which does include eating disorders. Dr. Nanavaty is the best! He takes time to listen to your concerns and explains his treatment plan. He is compassionate and cares about his patients.
I had a stroke in Minnesota. I was back home searching for a neurologist. They accomodated me immediately. A great Doctor who spends time & listens to you.Very thorough & professional. Looking forward to my next appointment.Staff/nurses very friendly & helpful.Everybody just super professional.
Dr. Nanavaty is a super nice guy who really does want the best for you. I switched Dr's only because of his staff. I was having elbow surgery and they scheduled me with a Dr that only does hand surgery. Not only did I waste my time, but also wasted $138. I called the staff and Monique blamed me for going to the wrong dr. Then when I showed her the paper where she wrote down the phone number of the office when she made the appt she was ok. She gave me Kim Goldens number who never called me back.

Dr. Nanavaty is caring and compassionate. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains a treatment plan they understand. He is always available to answer questions, and has available appointments within a couple of days.
