Took over 45 minutes to be seen by a medical assistant. I asked her if this is usual and she said yes and admitted to extreme overbooking of appointments. Dr. Aggarwal came in after 1 hour 15 minutes and was very nice, knowledgeable, and down to earth. He left the room twice during my examination to speak with assistants. If it weren’t for the very long wait time and constant interruptions, this would have been a good experience. Good doctor, poor practice management.

Very unprofessional experience. I was billed an extra $29.68 after paying my co-pay, and no one could clearly explain why. When I asked for clarification, I was told to contact my insurance and was then dismissed as a patient. I had been a regular patient for nearly 2 years, often visiting monthly, but when I requested my full medical records, I was only given a few recent months instead of my complete history. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and very difficult to deal with.
