Excellent diagnosis. Superb staff. Very detailed explanation of my operation including how to deal with possible after effects issues. Very successful operation and no abnormal after effect.
I hate that anyone had a negative experience with Dr. Nain, him and his whole team went above and beyond for me and my family when I had my surgery. He was honest, patient and most important he put my family's concerns at ease. I am truly grateful to Dr. Nain and the whole Inova team!
What a horrible experience. Got cancelled two weeks before surgery at the final pre-op appointment for not completing two office requirements that they admit they neglected to even tell me about, and that weren't required by insurance or the hospital. Two things from this review: one, you cannot trust the staff to exhibit a basic degree of competence, and two, Rajev Nain believes with this whole being that his time is more important than yours. Raj, your time is not more important than mine.
Dr. Nain was very respectful and kind along with being a great surgeon! Never did he make me feel embarrassed or humiliated. He provided full undivided attention each and every time I was scheduled to see him. I had 100% confidence prior to going into surgery. I am now several months out from RNY and hearing other stories and reading other experiences.. I am SO HAPPY w/ my choice.
My experience with Dr. Nain has been nothing short of awesome. He and his team set you up for success, and he is pretty much the most non-judgmental doctor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
