This is hands down the most negligent and incompetent clinic I’ve ever dealt with, unfortunately I can't give 0 stars. I’ve been waiting over 4–5 months for a simple referral. I’ve called multiple times, and every time I’m told the same thing: “The doctor needs to see you.” When I explain that I’ve already seen the doctor and just need the referral sent, the story changes to: “Okay, the referral has been sent.” Then weeks go by, and nothing. Horrible, horrible clinic.
Very disappointed with this dr. Logan and the staff. My mother suffered from UTI for a week. Took urine sample, every time we call to get the prescription, they said the doctor will contact. But doctor didn't. I came to inquire about my mother prescription, the staff very irresponsible. Hate this dr. Office and the staff. Elderly people being treated very carelessly.
Staff is friendly and nice. Dr. Logan is very professional, knowledgeable and polite.
