My children have been under Dr. Logan’s care since birth, and while the service has generally been good, I’ve recently noticed a decline. This is hands down the most negligent and incompetent clinic I’ve ever dealt with, unfortunately I can't give 0 stars. I’ve been waiting over 4–5 months for a simple referral. I’ve called multiple times, and every time I’m told the same thing: “The doctor needs to see you.” When I explain that I’ve already seen the doctor and just need the referral sent, the story changes to: “Okay, the referral has been sent.” Then weeks go by, and nothing.
