Doctor Nair, I am extremely disappointed by your response and by what appears to be a very unprofessional approach to maintaining patient records. I consulted with you on three separate occasions in 2023, yet I am now being told that I am not recognised as a legitimate patient. I also feel deeply concerned about the treatment approach that was recommended to me. You advised organ removal, despite there being alternative options that could preserve the organ. I recently had one short appointment with Dr. Nair. Her overt disinterest did not make me feel comfortable with or confident in her. Questions were not welcome at all. She also said a couple of things that were a bit off colour, including quite a crass insult about a sensitive topic. **edit to add: I was not in on the day the response is claiming, so the doctor is not even recalling the correct patient in their response.
