I called to see if Dr Dalal took my insurance but the young lady that answered apparently was very bothered by all my questions and asked to take my name and number to call me back, I said with your addittde that's ok and she hung up on me. I was looking for a local Endocrinologist but I'm not all about rude phone people especially the ones dealing with appointments. No thanks and I'll keep looking. I just called and tried to make an appointment the receptionist was so rude, she acted as if I was bothering her by calling and asking for an appointment
Extremely rude, put on hold twice with out asking. Then asked to be a new patient. Told no self pay for new patients then said bye and hung up. Never going there!
