I visited this facility for three appointments in 2019. I was assigned Patel while in the ER and began seeing him after. Every appointment was useless. He kept INSISTING on doing an Upper-GI endoscopy(my issues were blood clots around my intestines). It was a dangerous procedure for me, because I'm on several blood thinners, along with a blood clotting disorder. That type of endoscopy cannot tell you anything about your intestines. My husband and I have trusted Dr Patel for over 20 years. He is kind and patient, the staff are all very professional.
I’ve been suffering from a severe stomach issue with nausea. This has been going on for over 6 weeks. I’ve begged Patels nurse on her voicemail to understand how sick I am. Seldom received a reply. Tests were setup but several days to wait. I went to the emergency room and they called Patel where he instructed them he has a test setup for me so the hospital sent me home sick as a dog.
