Dr. GUPTA is managing my son's epilepsy. It is difficult to communicate with his office to him for prescription refills. Staff take multiple messages without effective and timely resolution. Better communication and coordination is needed!
NO STARS! Went in with my severely autistic non verbal son due to some seizures he had when we started new meds on him on three different occasions and I was explaining how we had started shaking his head no while I was talking which is just RUDE. He kept insisting these meds mixed with other meds he is on for his autism behaviors was not the reason for his three seizures that it's just because he is Autistic. Dr. Gupta has treated me for migraines for several years. He was methodical in varying treatments to find the best approach for my migraines. He has always been willing to discuss treatments, approaches, and results without time pressure as is often common with other physicians. He and his staff has been diligent and prompt in dealing with the ever present insurance issues.
Extremely cold and unfriendly doctor who is just another link in INOVA Neuro's chain of incompetence. Do better, Dr. Gupta.
Tortured my mom with high level shocking system without any warning or bedside mater and looked like enjoyed every moment of it.
