Several visits in the last 6-8 months. All issues resolved.
I've been going to Dr.Pai for over 3 yrs now and am yet to face an unpleasant or less than excellent experience. I insist on seeing him if available and i completely trust his judgement and diagnosis. I havent had any trouble scheduling urgent same day appointments and the on call doctors are very quick to respond when called after hours. I would recommend him to anyone
Dr Pai spends extra time explaining to children and parents. He knows all the kids by name. He genuinely cares about them and he is very accessible. He calls you back within 5 minutes. I will definitely recommend him to any family. He is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. He cares more about the child's health than money. When I didn't have insurance he treated my kids. He is a good Doctor and he trains his staff to be kind also.
I recommend clearwater pediatrics if you are just going for Dr pai and are willing to put up with unfriendly front office and nurses. The front office does not understand the urgency of the situation. I have been taking both my kids for past 6 years and requesting their immunization and health records is really pain we have to give them 48 hours notice and they will take their sweet time. Even when we explain the urgency of the situation they don't care. I am seriously thinking of changing
Dr Rajendra Pai is awesome he is gentle with his patient listens to the concerns he gives good advice takes care of kids like his own
