Dr. Rao literally saved my life. He’s compassionate, caring and highly knowledgeable about mental health treatment. I feel fortunate to have found him. For another reviewer (who didn’t even go to Med school himself) to claim that Dr. Rao doesn’t have a knowledge of medicine is absurd. Dr. Rao has been a highly respected MD in western NY for the over 50 years that he’s been practicing in this area.
I am sad to see that this is the only option people have for psychiatric help in the area because I feel disrespected and “Dr” Rao is very unprofessional, lacking of knowledge of medicine, disinterested and overall hurtful. It hurts that there aren’t more doctors in this area to actually help people that really need it.
