I couldn’t even make an appointment for my daughter. She is 17 and would turn 18 in two weeks. The receptionist, who didn’t seem happy to schedule this appointment in the first place, said appointments can only be made for patients 18 and over. I explained that my daughter will be 18 in two weeks so we can schedule the appointment for after her birthday, since there is usually a bit of a wait for new patient appointments. She rudely told me to call back and schedule in two weeks. Definitely gonna find somebody else.
