I wanted to see this doctor to avoid paying $360 per visit, since I’d heard they were one of the good ones. I hoped to use my son’s Medi-Cal and still be happy. But it was a terrible experience first they canceled my appointment because I was six minutes late, and now I left with my instructions ignored. I’ve had amazing doctors downtown hospital, Beverly Hills and wanted a second opinion. I asked for a full dilated exam first, without checking the glasses upfront. Worst experience and very disrespectful staff her name is Merry Waited almost 2 months for today’s appointment , only to be turned away for being 8 minutes late. What made it worse: - I was checked in and made to wait another 15 minutes before being told to Reschedule N leave - No clear communication beforehand about needing to arrive 15 minutes early as new patients - Parking situation was not considered at all and horrible to find spots When I asked for help, the supervisor or who ever is her position name Merry was dismis... read more
