I have had Dr Madan as my Primary Dr for many years. She is and has always been a great asset in whatever problem I might be having. She speaks to you in terms that are easily understood and encourages you in healthy living. Many of family members now have Dr Madan as their primary physician. She is wonderful!
Dr. Madan literally, saved my life. She is an exceptional doctor.
The most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. Been going to her for over 6 years and gives me a hard time making appointments refilling prescriptions and even downplays what I say about my symptoms. I would not recommend this doctor to my worst enemy.
I like how Dr. Madan is empathetic and attentive. She's an excellent doctor in every way. I just had an appointment with her, and was extremely satisfied. She has been my doctor for many years, and I've never been disappointed with her judgement or recovery plan.
Dr. Madan provides accurate diagnoses and excellent care. She listens carefully and works with the patient. She does not dictate to the patient or override their concerns. Her specialist referrals are also excellent.
I have been a patient of Dr Madan for 12 years, I followed her from Holly Springs and would not see anyone else. I have several health issues and she has directed me to the best doctors. I say the best doctors all know each other :-)
It's IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment with Doctor Madan, if you are really sick, you better be prepared to tough it out for many days while you wait for an appointment. This office keeps losing it's doctors then uses that excuse to make you wait a long time to get an appointment. This is NOT the place to go if you are sick and need to be seen. They just keep referring us to Wake Med Urgent Care instead which is a HIGH COPAY OPTION. Simply put, if you care about your family, do not go here.
