this dentist is terrible!!! i had crowns done, and fillings. he didnt put me a corrrect fit , i was in pain for weeks before he got the corect fit. even after that it wasnt right. he told me he did a root canal on my lower moler and that wasnt done right either. for weeks i went through pain, going back and forth. eventually after the thosands i had spent, I made an appointment with another doctor. he was shocked when he saw the work that was done on my teeth! hes a rip off and shouldnt have a dentist license to begin with.
when you have an appointment and you show up on time, you still have to wait an addition 3 hours at least.. HORRIBLE SERVICE. His prices might be cheaper than other places but its not worth the headache or stress you will get dealing with these people. This guy is very unprofessional as the front desk workers! I have since went to Dr. Bologna on monroe street in west Dearborn and she is very professional and the service is great!
Dr Mackie corrected my sons teeth with braces. His teeth were horrible, today he has a beautiful smile thanks to Dr Mackie. The cost was exceptional low. I took him to 3 other Dr.s whom quoted me nearly $1000-1500 more than what I paid at Dr. Mackie's. The wait is long but i think cause there is such a high demand to see him due to clean facilities great staff and resonible prices, oh and of course a wonderful Dr.
Hes doing my braces. So far, i have had good results. i love how kind he is to anyone even though his patient isnt so angelic towards him. Very good Dentist. Deserves all he has. 4+ Stars.
im not done yet..but hes working on my tooth an so far i love his work an i tihnk hes a great dentist

I am smiling bigger than ever thanks to Dr. Mackie!!! I had grown up with very crooked teeth, and a fear of dentists. To my comfort, I was offered all treatment options, addressing my needs: health, function, and esthetics, in a very calm, friendly, and professional environment. Each need was met: I got my cavities taken care of, my crooked teeth fixed with a little ortho and a little cosmetic dentistry, and now actually look forward to go back for my 6 month checkups!
