Had 2 visits with Dr. Salloum. Both visits I waited over an hour for when no one was in the waiting room. She had received my abnormal blood results for over a month and did not call to go over them. Gave a diagnosis but no treatment or recommendations. Useless......
I have only been twice but I appreciate that the doctor didn’t push drugs on my right away and agreed that I would try to use alternative medicine to relieve pain. It’s working! Still no medicine almost a year now and feeling well! Thank you Dr Salloum I’m more sending my husband and friends to her office as well. Very patient and sweet office staff.
Doctor and receptionists are nice, but doctor does not return phone calls and is closed often. Even when the office is open they often don’t pick up the phone. Too much stress dealing with this office!
Dr. Salloum is a caring, thorough and very attentive doctor. She was very caring and accommodating. I loved her so much that I had to leave this review. I highly recommend her!
If i could give her a zero i would, Horrible experience with this doctor, 1st visit was great after that i was lucky if she gave me 3min or visits, never check me at all for swelling or my symptoms. They took over 4month to send authorization for my infusion which caused me to have terrible flare ups, my forms for my job were never completed, call after call everyday was not treated right by the staff and Dr. never returned my calls of despair. She is thorough , patient and genuine.
She treats her patients like another check. She she’s no compassion to, she’s rude and stuck up
She listens. She cares. I've gone to her for years and will keep going to her.
I left a 1 star review a couple of days ago that is now missing. She handled my wife's request for her assistance in getting medical marijuana very poorly and didn't answer my calls for weeks. We parted ways because her personal views differed from ours about medical weed and she refused to give my wife a prescription of only 21 pills to taper my wife off of gabapentin that she prescribed and told us to go see our primary doctor.
