Diagnosis is JME and for all the years he has as a neurologist he didn’t answer my questions. 4 visits later just upgrade the pill and the Harlingen’s office does not answer their phone. This doctor has bad manners or I should say no manners. I has questions his answer I can get myself another doctor and bye.
His system is inefficient, him and his staff have no customer service. He does not shake hands nor makes eye contact.
