You will receive differing and wrong information leading up to your appointment (needed pre-appointment medication, how to get said medication pharmacy, pre-appointment bag, etc), which location the appointment is at, etc, and then hear the excuse, "Maggie is a new call center employee, sorry, not sorry, +/- deal with it" and from the "managing director, Dawn" ...
