Everyone is kind and compassionate and Dr Tres is doing everything possible to save my eyesight. I have much appreciation and respect for him.
I tried to make an appointment four times. First try they said I needed a referral from my primary doctor, so he sent the referral second time they said they don't take blue cross, third try I gave them my MetLife insurance nope they don't accept that either. Fourth try I said I would pay out of pocket at time of service but Penny said no can't do that I would need to have insurance, which I thought was funny seeing how I gave her my insurance information but they don't take those insurances.
