I can only say 'ditto' to all of the great reviews here. I've seen several doctors over the past 35 years, never finding an explanation nor solution for my pain. I too am 70 plus, and this appointment with Dr. Allende was the most professional and relaxed I've ever had. He spent an unbelievable amount of time explaining my MRI and understanding my symptoms. I believe his diagnosis and solution are spot on, and I hope to finally be out of pain soon.
Professional, knowledgeable, and human - staff was great and none of this sitting around forever waiting on stuff to happen. Back operation was successful and all I could hope for results

One The best neurosurgeon in the state of Florida
Dr. Allende is an excellent physician. He is thorough in his evaluation, takes his time explaining and answering all your questions in a truly caring manner. He has helped me manage my lower back pain after suffering from chronic back pain for years. I hope not to need additional back surgery in the future but if I do, I would trust him completely to be the best!
