I saw Dr Rae Huang for eye squeezing for dry eyes 3xs at $400.00 each visit she never billed my insurance company or sent in a pre authorization which they would have paid for because of eye disease I have. I contacted her and she stated insurance never told her she needed to do that being a doctor you should know. Not happy at all with her and how she took my money without putting into the insurance.
