Dr Roa is not a bit concerned about her patients. Dr. Roa gives you 4 minutes and bills half an hour. If the insurance has discounted her service ( and this is normal) she makes the patient pay. Every month I would see her, pay my copay , then spend 4 minutes with Dr. Roa, then her office staff as they were giving me a new appointment, would tell me I owed 70 dollars. HORRIBLE! Do not send any of your loved ones here.
Dr. Rao was rude. Felt very uncomfortable and made me feel like I want to be on high dosages. Staff was nice but she made me feel so uncomfortable with my medications.
