Great experience end-to-end with Dr. Shepherd! She was positive, engaged, and of course has a lot of expertise with pregnancy. I felt comfortable and informed throughout the visit. Highly recommend!
Finding the right OB/GYN is such a personal journey and I am happy that I found Dr. Rachel Shepherd. She is highly knowledgeable and compassionate doctor who treats her patients with genuine respect and care.
Although the physician was pleasant, I left the appointment feeling dismissed and unheard. She asked very few questions and did not provide any meaningful insight or guidance. None of my concerns were addressed, and I requested a refill for a current prescription but did not receive it. I also noticed that the visit summary contains inaccuracies. Overall, the appointment felt like a waste of time, and I will be seeking care from another provider.
Dr Rachel Shepherd is outstanding. I would highly recommend her and River Place.
Dr. Sheppard has been amazing. She’s a very kind doctor which is exactly what is needed in such a fragile time. All the nurses and staff are so nice. I’ve not had one bad experience in this office. Highly recommend.
