I have been attending Gwinnett Clinic for many years now, even before Dr Rachel Shah was part of the team. I am glad she is my primary care doctor because of the warmth human treatment she provides to her patients. She pays attention to your pain and listens to you. My whole family sees her, because she is not just a Professional that works in the health care business. She is a professional that indeed cares about her patients and it feels that her business is to improve your wellbeing and health. God bless Dr. Rachel Shah!!

I've been going to Gwinnett Clinic for many years with the same PCP before Dr. Rachel came on board. I was nervous about having to see a new doctor but now...I won't see anyone else! Dr. Rachel is very caring and thorough and her bedside manner is great! She doesn't make you feel rushed or silly for the questions you ask. Dr Shah has been wonderful during any visits I had with her so far, great bedside manners, very throughly, patient and caring while professional. I’m the type of patient who comes with a list of concerns, but Dr Shah has been always conversing majority of them before I even got the chance to ask.
