Always a Great trip to the dentist for my kids. Andrea first of all, always greets you with a smile, always ready and willing to answer any questions or concerns I might have. She is such a delight. My kids had such a great experience, were supported the entire time always told what was happening and what would happen next. A wonderful experience all around!!
I had crown and a filling, from day one I was started having pain. I went back and she adjusted the filling. Still didn't do anything pain continued. Went back again she said I need a mouth guard did that pain got worse. So I went and got second opinion, they did the freeze test for a root canal. And it was positive had to go to Ottawa to get a root canal. Pain gone. With the crown it just didn't feel right went back same thing adjusting. This clinic is amazing. The staff always goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. I was recently treated by Dr. Garine and Carla and it was such a pleasant treatment. I was beside myself on how painless and easy the treatment went. Even after treatment was complete I had no sensitivity. I am truly grateful, thank you.
