I visited the doctor on Monday. Her nurse wasnt so nice at all. She basically demanded me in a way to go back to the room. Then one of the medicine my pharmacy doesn't carry it. I called her nurse and left like three voice messages letting her know the cream can't be send to that pharmacy. I called the next following morning to her nurse to let her know i have been waiting for her call back and that the pharmacy even called. She then stated you need to call the pharmacy.
I saw Dr. Scheisser as a new patient yesterday and was extremely impressed with her detailed knowledge about my specific GI disease and its complications. Being highly competent and informed about current research, she was able to formulate a thorough plan of action without hesitation. I also found her to be an exceptionally good listener who is open-minded, which was refreshing and gave me hope about getting better. Dr. Scheisser's office staff is also very professional, efficient, and polite.
I'm a new patient excited to schedule an appointment with Miss. Schiesser but she's booked for this week and I have lots of pain so the schedule me an apt with Mr. Daniel. I wanted to be treated with a woman for once. I'm not that happy about it do to Miss. Schiesser excellent performance on what she does. I hope they can reconsider and see me anytime this week.
I have tried to get into this doctor 3 times and ALL 3 times they have cancelled my appointment on the day of the appointment (The first being she wasn't in the office that day). Every time I call they do not answer and when I leave a message asking them to call back they don't. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor.
Business response:
I am very sorry this happened to you. My father passed away unexpectedly on March 15, 2016, a week after an emergency surgery. I did have to cancel my clinics at the last minute during this time. I hope you were taken care of. I'm sorry my office was likely overwhelmed with my sudden leave of absence.
Excellent experience. She was attentive to my concerns and questions.
Business response:
Thank you very much for your kind review. I'm glad I was able to help.
