I called in my daughter's script on Thursday, explained the importance to have it filled as my child's insurance was lapsing temporarily and I needed it filled before the first. I was told "No Problem, we will get that called in today". When I went on Saturday to pick up the medication it had NOT been called in, and the answering service refused to help me.( Dumb me assumed when you call a script in it actually get's filled) I called 3 times over 4 hours. Dr. King is one of the best! I hated to have to move and leave her. She has cared for my son since he was a toddler. He is now 13. I never had a bad experience with her, in fact, only positive experiences. I highly recommend her!
Dr. King is the best pediatrician that I have ever taken my kids to. Her staff is wonderful and I feel heard when I share my concerns about my child. I would recommend her highly to anyone looking for awesome care for their child.
This is probably the most lazy and careless medical clinic I've ever seen.
