Dr. Han is great, but her office staff is something to be considered. They never answer the phone. The mailboxes are always full. I have to make special trips to go in person just to be able to speak with someone. They also aren't very friendly, never welcoming when patients arrive. And they mostly seem to he annoyed to be there. If it wasn't for them, this would be a great practice.
