Unimpressive. Disappointing 'specialist' services aside, the electronic forms that were mandated prior to appointment attendance failed to streamline services in any way, nor did they ensure time spent in the waiting room was reduced. The electronic payment system also failed on the date of appointment attendance, meaning that patients had to make payments manually through bank transfer at a later time. Good experience thus far with Dr Esler but I’ve given a 3 star rating as their appointment communication is very impersonal. You need to enter a password to read your very basic appointment details to “unlock your letter” Then you need to pay your appointment before you attend your appt and also confirm your own appointment again by email otherwise they cancel your appt. Ive never had this experience with a doctor’s office as usually you easily confirm by text. There is no private information in my appointment details but th... read more
