Honestly the office was a remote location was a mess, no computers, no binders to use to fill out paperwork! I had to use a magazine to support and fill out the paperwork! no professionalism. I did not like the doctor she did not give me an answer to my problem she said she will refer me to somebody else. I am still waiting for that! No office visit summary paperwork given at the end of the appt. Not coming back!

I was admitted to the hospital due to me needing surgery for possible ovarian torsion. I had some past hospital stays from giving birth back in January so the OB/GYN office I was seen at had highly recommended and referred me to Dr.Brightwell. She said my ovaries were “doing nothing” since I was in menopause and called my uterus a “trophy of years gone by.” She never explained the long-term ramifications of removing my ovaries at 60. Now I’m dealing with hormone treatment for the rest of my... read more

If I could give her zero stars I would!!! She moved and never contacted her patients to let them know she moved STATES! This is the worst possible thing a patient needs to find out days before their appointment!! Take time to contact your patients to let them know you have relocated!!! Its not like we see you her for a cold...this is cancer and people need to know so they can find another oncologist to have their issues addressed!!!
