Sectary and the assistants are nice but, she's not so nice she wouldn't make me a new set of teeth and it's my money not hers and I made an appointment to fix a tooth not to be checked out. I bet I can find a dentist that will take my money! My old denture rubs my gums and makes blisters and can't eat with them and I just needed a new one. She wouldn't help me.
I have Bluecross/Blueshield insurance. I had to pay up front a large amount at my visit, even though my insurance was supposed to cover. That was over a year ago, and the insurance claim was never filed correctly. I found out from BCBC that the claim was hand written, and that they can't process hand written claims. My insurance spoke with Ms. Baker and offered to give them an updated computer program. Ms. Baker refused. That is very unprofessional in my opinion since I was told they process BCBS. She is the best. She took me right in when I was in so much pain from decay from previous crowns and root canals. She fixed them with care and professionally. They have a great staff. Thank you so much.
On Christmas Eve my husband developed severe tooth pain and called Dr. Baker’s after hours phone number and left a message. Within 30 minutes she returned the call. She called in prescription for antibiotics and something for pain. By the end of that call he had an appointment to get the tooth checked out.
