My husband Jamie and I had been previously seen my another fertility clinic where we were unhappy with progression. I came into the clinic and had my initial appointment in November 2025, with Dr Knight where a treatment plan was put into place. I have sat on whether to write this review for some time but I feel as though if it helps at least one couple to advocate for themselves during this journey then it maybe worthwhile. This review has nothing to do with our actual IVF results as obviously there are so many factors which are beyond the control of the medical practitioner. The reception staff at this practice are top notch. Kind, friendly, and helpful. They point you in the right direction whether it's with their clinic or not. Any questions, or if you have been put off by other clinics give stellar a call.
I cannot speak highly enough of this clinic. Every member of the team we've interacted with—from the reception staff to the doctors—has been warm, professional, and genuinely caring.
