RecommendedEveryone in the office is very friendly and personable. It is a great experience each time I come in for my shots.
After going to the office for over 5 years, I was charged what I thought was something to be incorrect. After questioning multiple office staff and the billing department at Esse, I was told it was up to their discretion for when they billed serum charges. Had it been billed within 6 months of it being made, I would have been charged $0 due to my maximum out of pocket being met for other expenses. Instead it wasn’t billed for almost a year after the serums were made. I’d had to changed insurances and instead I now owe $750. ... read more
