Dr Kitchener is the best. He listens and responds so I understood exactly what he was saying.
Excellent staff, courteous and kind. Dr. was thorough and very easy to relate to.
Very compassionate
I went to my appointment with some hesitation as I didn't feel the Dr and staff had my best interests in mind...I was pleasantly surprised by them and definitely had a better experience this visit. The doctor does seem to care about me and my situation and he is taking genuine steps to get me back to good health.
Dr. Kitchener is a wonderful and professional doctor. He takes the time to listen.
This Dr.(?) calls himself a neurologist but won't see a patient who is trying to find out why they are having seizures. He orders a bunch of tests and doesn't have you come back for 6 months...and then cancels that appointment and never reschedules it. He puts you on seizure medication that needs blood work done to check on the levels and then never checks the blood levels for the drug so you start having problems and have to go to the hospital. Appointments are timely, don't have to wait long.
Dr. Kitchener is the most caring doctor of any sort that I have ever visited. He listens to everything you have to say without interruption or judgment and spends a wealth of time with you. He actually SHOWS he cares about YOU!!
