April with Dr Naveed in Naperville lacks compassion & professionalism. She’d rather argue with me instead of listening. My mom’s health has declined & was recently discharged from the hospital. She requires home care now. All I needed was a simple oxygen order correction & April insisted we come in instead of a televist. She sucks at listening. I also don’t like the limitations from Dr. Naveed, can’t function televisits, can’t check on her at the hospital, never updates my chart, etc… not sure if that is all true but that’s ... read more
April, the medical assistant/secretary is very RUDE. She is very unprofessional and talks down to patients. You can find other reviews on other’s websites stating how unprofessional this person is. Also, when you get bloodwork they never send in the request to the lab. We have had multiple issues with this. The lab dept. said that this office is not up to date with their system because they always have the same problem.
