Useless staff, worse Dr. I had the misfortune of seeing Dr Sambandam (2753 Citrus Tower Blvd, Clermont, FL 34711) for tremors. I specified medication I've taken for over thirty years for thyroid issues on the intake forms. I told the intake nurse about my medication, then told the Dr. about the medication. After a VERY brief interview he prescribed a medication which I looked up when I returned home. I relocated to Florida and found Dr. Sam from a referral from a neighbor and I’m so glad I now have Dr. Sam as my doctor. He’s very patient and incredibly smart and will always take the time to answer my questions at every office visit. He truly cares about his patients and I’m so pleased with him and now my wife also is a patient of Dr. Sam! The entire office staff is great and the office location has free parking and is very conveniently located in Clermont. He’s the best!

My mom is/was a new patient as of Oct 2023. She saw a doctor that we assumed was a Neurologist, Dr. Malik. After two months of leaving messages and no reply I did research on Dr. Malik and she is not a Neurologist. My mom’s appointment was initially with Dr. Sam but his office asked if she would mind being seen by another NEUROLOGIST in his office named Dr. Malik. She ordered a PET scan for my mom but it was declined by insurance and now we cannot get anyone to return any of our calls. It’s been two months.

Dr Sam was excellent. Took his time. He explained our next step completely. He is very through and confident. I was completely relaxed with him. His PA was also very good. “Thank You Dr. Sam!” I have already recommended him. I also told my primary care Doctor about him.My primary can relax when sending patients to Dr Sam. Your in good hands with Dr Sam and his staff.

As a medical professional, it’s often challenging to find a specialist that meets your expectations. From my first visit with Dr. Sambandam he was friendly, patient, and kind. I did not feel rushed; he answered my questions in full and developed a plan of care for me that was very detailed and covered all the bases. I feel fortunate to have found him for my care.

After leaving all the required insurance information, still waiting a week later to be notified regarding acceptance as a patient. This is ridiculous and will seek another doctor.

He is an empathetic neurologist who listens carefully to patients. He is easy to talk to and helps select the optimal treatment plan. The staff at his office are friendly and efficient.
