I had an extremely unprofessional and upsetting experience with "Nurse Deb. During our conversation, the nurse was rude, dismissive, and ended the call abruptly by hanging up on me. I was shocked to be unfairly accused of pill seeking when I was simply trying to discuss legitimate concerns regarding my health and treatment plan. Dr Bhan is a amazing doctor .. he's kind always willing to listen to his patience and genuinely cares for us... He has a amazing staff working with him Deb, Dee , Jamie and the rest of the staff are great!!!, they are always kind respectful and willing to help to ensure that we are in the best health possible... In my experience, the nursing staff who answers phones have been extremely rude. One lady took a month to respond and fill out my FMLA paperwork. One lady hung up on me when I called for script info. Just seems like they don't care about the patients. Also HAVE NEVER seen Dr BHAN, only other medical staff.... not happy with the service.
The doctors listens but the case manger Nickie is rude and dropped me out of the office for having narcotics in my system from the hospital, she don't listen. I have had 34 surgeries and was up to the hospital 4 times before I even seen the doctor, I called to speak to the nurse or doctor and she would not let me, they are too keep you at ease not stress you out even more and that is what she did to me, if I could get her fired I would.
