Dear Doctor, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the treatment my wife received during her appointment on Friday. From the moment she arrived, she felt that she was not treated with the care, compassion, and professionalism that every patient deserves. Suffer with gag reflux and was told stop, she said it was all in my mind, which it isn't. Had dentures made and they do not fit, she was not interested in resolving the problem and wanted to charge more . Will never ever use Velleman again, the worst dentist I have ever encountered.
This is the worst experience I’ve had with a dentist. Period. Unfortunately the dentists bedside manner was shocking to say the least. There was no please, thank you, or apology for any pain or inconvenience caused. Quite frankly the most urgent thing was that a surgical procedure was not covered by my plan seems to concern her more than my actual concerns and matters. My girlfriend dealt with so much pain when going to this lady. She ended up leaving with more pain than when she arrived. Strongly advise anyone to stay away from this practice.
The most amazing dentist ever! I’ve been seeing Dr. Rita for years and would recommend her without hesitation. As a child, I had a traumatic dental experience—due to another dentist’s malpractice, I had to undergo a root canal in Grade 1. Understandably, I became every dentist’s worst nightmare.
