When it comes to working with kids, she is the best. My son is 5 years old, and during his visits, he had four fillings and one extraction. To be honest, she was so gentle that my son never cried at any point. She is truly excellent with children.

Suffer with gag reflux and was told stop, she said it was all in my mind, which it isn't. Had dentures made and they do not fit, she was not interested in resolving the problem and wanted to charge more . Will never ever use Velleman again, the worst dentist I have ever encountered.
This is the worst experience I’ve had with a dentist. Period. Unfortunately the dentists bedside manner was shocking to say the least. There was no please, thank you, or apology for any pain or inconvenience caused. Quite frankly the most urgent thing was that a surgical procedure was not covered by my plan seems to concern her more than my actual concerns and matters. My girlfriend dealt with so much pain when going to this lady. She ended up leaving with more pain than when she arrived. Strongly advise anyone to stay away from this practice.
