This scumbag claimed to be in network with our insurance company but wasn't. He then had us fill out multiple forms so that he could get paid by the insurance company. He then got paid a reasonable and customary fee. After that he sent his goons after us to collect the balance that should've been written off in the process. Additionally, he was over two hours late to my wife's procedure and she ended up with two different hospital acquired infections, likely due to poor hygiene on his part.
